FUSION has today announced a revolutionary new software upgrade to the award winning range of FUSION 700 and 205 series entertainment systems. The new software available free of charge adds additional functionality, including MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) support for compatible Android and Windows media devices. This added functionality opens up a new world of connectivity for FUSION’s customers whom are supporting Android more than ever.

Once connected via USB, you can search your favourite tunes by album, artist, playlist or track name; even utilizing FUSION’s Alpha Search Technology (F.A.S.T). The software upgrade is available HERE and a list of compatible devices can be found HERE.

FUSION is committed to constant innovation and will endeavor to increase compatibility to a wider array of devices in the coming months, so keep an eye on the website for further updates.

In addition to MTP support, this new update includes support for the new MS-BT200 Bluetooth Module, activating on the go streaming from compatible Bluetooth devices directly to the FUSION marine stereo. Track information is displayed on screen with direct media control from the compatible device itself or basic audio control from the FUSION stereo.
