What should I do if I suspect my product is faulty?


In the unlikely event that you suspect your FUSION product may be faulty; you should return your FUSION product, along with your original proof of purchase, to the Authorised FUSION Dealer where it was purchased. Here it will be assessed, and if appropriate, returned to FUSION Electronics for repair or replacement processing.

It is important to note:

  • The consumer can be charged for any parts or labour charges not covered by this limited warranty. The consumer shall be responsible for expenses related to the removal and reinstallation of the product.
  • If the product is returned to FUSION after the expiration of the warranty period, FUSION’s normal service policies shall apply and the consumer will be charged accordingly.
